Don’t Stop the Party Entertainment (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides DJ, photo booth, and related event services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and handle personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, communicate with us, book services, or participate in our event experiences.
1. Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
Contact information: Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and relevant mailing or billing details.
Event information: Event type, date, schedule, guest count, venue, room, selected services, and planning preferences.
Information you provide about others: A partner’s name, event honoree’s name, organization details, and other information needed to plan your event.
Quote and booking records: Quote versions, packages, upgrades, agreements, payment information, and correspondence.
Event media: Photos, videos, audio guestbook messages, and other content created or submitted through our services.
Website information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and information associated with cookies, browser storage, analytics, security logs, or chat tools.
Please provide information about other people only when you have permission or another appropriate basis to do so.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare, save, and compare quotes; maintain client and event records; plan and deliver services; coordinate staff; process payments; deliver event media; operate and improve our website; maintain business records; resolve disputes; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Requesting a quote may create a client or event record even if you do not book. Staff may review your quote versions, and later requests may be associated with an existing event when appropriate.
If you submit a business venue missing from our directory, staff may research its public business details for possible inclusion. Your personal contact information and private event details are not intended for publication in that directory.
3. When we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to:
Staff and service personnel helping plan and deliver your services.
Providers supporting hosting, databases, event management, email, communications, analytics, payments, and media delivery.
People you authorize, such as a partner, planner, or designated event contact.
Other parties when necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Some also process information under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell or rent customer contact lists, share those lists with other businesses for their own marketing, or upload customer lists to advertising platforms. Our website’s sharing of browsing information through analytics and Meta tracking is described below.
4. Payments
External payment providers collect and process payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive information needed to record payments and manage your booking, such as amounts, payment status, transaction references, and relevant payer or billing information.
Please do not send complete payment-card details through ordinary email, website chat, or text messages.
5. Cookies, analytics, and website services
Our website and booking tools use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to support website operation, preserve selections, manage access, improve security, and understand usage.
Our public website includes Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, BirdSeed and LiveChat tools, and Cloudflare performance analytics. Embedded maps, videos, and other external features may also send information to their providers when they load or when you interact with them.
Facebook/Meta tracking: Our website uses Meta Pixel to report page visits to Meta. Cookies and similar technologies may collect information about visits and the browser or device used. Meta may use information shared by businesses to personalize advertisements and other content, subject to its policies and your settings. See Meta’s explanation of its data use and privacy controls.
Our website currently does not provide a cookie-preference banner. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings and relevant personalization choices through Meta’s settings. These controls do not necessarily stop every transmission of information. Restricting cookies or storage may affect saved selections, sign-in, or other functions.
6. Email and text communications
We use your contact information for quotes, bookings, event planning, payments, and general correspondence concerning your inquiry or services. We do not currently send promotional email or text campaigns.
Emailed quotes may include multiple quote versions, interactive features, and links to view quotes online. Interactive features depend on your email provider and settings.
Some quote links provide private access without a password. Keep these links private and share them only with people you intend to give access to your event information.
7. Event photos, videos, and recordings
Our booths, guestbooks, and related services may capture participants’ images, voices, messages, and other content. We use this content to provide the booked experience and deliver media to the booking client and, when arranged, participating guests. Recipients may download or share what they receive.
Before posting event media on our website, social media, or in advertising, we request permission from the booking client by email and wait for approval.
Our current permission process relies on the booking client’s approval, including for media featuring children. We do not separately obtain approval from every child’s parent or legal guardian.
If a parent or legal guardian requests removal of publicly posted media featuring their child, we honor that request by taking down the material from websites, social accounts, and other placements under our control.
Clients and guests may also request deletion of media featuring them. We review these requests and remove copies under our control where possible. We may need information to identify the media and verify the request. We cannot remove copies independently downloaded or shared by other people.
Send media concerns or requests to bookings@dontstopthepartyentertainment.com.
8. Retention and security
We currently retain event photos, videos, and audio recordings indefinitely and do not impose a deadline for clients to download their media. Deletion requests are handled as described above.
We also currently retain quotes, booking records, contracts, payment records, and correspondence indefinitely. We may adopt a retention schedule in the future and update this policy to describe changes.
We use safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of electronic transmission or storage guarantees complete security.
9. Your choices and requests
Contact bookings@dontstopthepartyentertainment.com to ask about information we maintain about you, request corrections or deletion, update communication preferences, or raise a privacy concern.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights. We handle requests according to applicable requirements and may verify your identity before providing access or making changes.
Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, transaction records, unresolved disputes, or other permitted purposes. We will explain relevant limitations when responding.
10. Children’s information
Our online quote and booking tools are intended for adults arranging services. We do not ask children under 13 to submit quote requests or create booking accounts.
Children may participate in events where photos, videos, or recordings are created. Our event-media permission and takedown practices are described in Section 7. Parents or guardians with concerns should contact us.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or information practices change. The current version will appear on our website with its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
